Exchange and refund policy

At Atelier Saturne , each piece of jewelry is created and chosen with care. However, I understand that some situations may require an exchange. Here are the applicable conditions:

Exchanges accepted

• Items must be in new condition , never worn , unaltered , odorless and accompanied by their original packaging (pouch, label, etc.).

• Contact me within 14 days of delivery .

• Items must be returned within a maximum of 30 days of delivery with a tracking number.

Exclusions

• No returns or exchanges are possible on the Artefact range (second-hand clothing available at the Cottage + Arcane candle and other derivative products to come).

• Products/orders that benefited from a discount

• Custom or made-to-measure orders are neither returnable nor exchangeable.

• Order cancellations and changes of mind are not accepted.

Costs and liability

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The shipment must be sent with a tracking number to ensure receipt of both items.

• If the returned item is not in its original condition, any loss in value will be borne by the buyer.

• Atelier Saturne cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by the carrier during the return.

Refund

• After receipt and verification of the item, a refund will be issued within 7 working days via the same payment method used for the purchase (or, if you prefer, in the form of store credit ).

• Atelier Saturne reserves the right to refuse a return if the above conditions are not met.
